Horary: Will you get the promotion this year?
The Moon Speaks First
The Moon sits at 23° Capricorn, in the sign of career and standing — a good sign your question is well-rooted. But it's first quarter and square the Sun (1.6°): you're at a turning point, not a finishing line. Capricorn Moons move slowly and demand proof.
The Sun and the Offer
The Sun at 25° Libra is in the last degrees of the sign — the matter is maturing but not yet sealed. Its sextile to Jupiter in Leo (2.7°) is genuinely favourable: someone in authority looks on you kindly.
The Friction
Mercury square Jupiter (3.4°) warns that talk and promises are bigger than the paperwork. Venus retrograde in Scorpio square Pluto (1.0°) — office politics, hidden negotiations, a value question about your worth.
Verdict
Not now — but not no. The chart favours it, just later than "this year" as you're counting it. Expect clarity or movement in early 2027.
